This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Updated Mar 27, 2019. Property deeds are used to convey real property from a granter (seller) to a grantee (buyer). For a deed to be legally operative, it must include the identification of the granter and grantee, and the adequate description of the property.
A house deed is a written document that shows who owns a particular property. When someone is ready to buy a house, the buyer and seller must sign a deed in order to transfer the property's ownership rights to the new homeowner.
For real estate purposes, title refers to ownership of the property, meaning that you have the rights to use that property. Deeds, on the other hand, are actually the legal documents that transfer title from one person to another. It must be a written document, according to the Statute of Frauds.
Adding someone to your house deed requires the filing of a legal form known as a quitclaim deed. When executed and notarized, the quitclaim deed legally overrides the current deed to your home. By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.
A person's name can be on the deed but not the mortgage. In such circumstances, the person is an owner of the property but is not financially liable for mortgage payments.
In single name cases (as opposed to situations where both owners' names are on the deeds) the starting point is that the 'non-owner' (the party whose name is not on the deeds) has no rights over the property. They must therefore establish what is called in law a beneficial interest.
Like a quitclaim or warranty deed, the main purpose of the grant deed is to transfer property title from one person to another, such as from a seller to a buyer. A grant deed is written evidence that you actually own your property. Additionally, the grant deed provides title guarantees to the new owner.
Contrary to what the mailing states, you do NOT have to have the “Current Grant Deed” and “Property Assessment Profile” as evidence that your property has been transferred. Although the mailing makes it sound like you need to pay for these documents through their company, it isn't true.
