pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

How do postage permits work?
A “permit imprint” is a way of paying postage. Many mailers get a “permit” to mail with “permit imprint.” To keep your permit imprint account active, you must do a commercial mailing at least once every 2 years. Once your account is inactive, you'll have to pay the application fee again to “turn it back on.”
How much does a postage permit cost?
The initial cost of the postal permit is $220 (one-time fee). There is also an annual fee of $220 to be paid at start up (and ever subsequent year). Total fees upfront: $440. NOTE: The addition of a vanity permit does not cost anything extra.
How much does it cost to get a bulk mail permit?
The one-time fee for a permit imprint authorization is $240. This fee is not waived by using full-service barcoding. If you use stamps on your bulk mail, you do not need to purchase a permit imprint authorization.
What is a postal permit number?
The permit itself is simply U.S. Postal Service, or USPS, permission to mail a certain way. When someone applies for a mail permit, they are given a number associated with their account. This number is imprinted on mail sent using the permit.
How do I apply for a bulk mail permit?
Standard Mail Permit: You must have a standard mail permit shipping standard mail, which you can apply for using USPS Form 3615. In order to keep your permit imprint account active, you must pay an annual permit fee of $225 and do a bulk mailing at least every two years.
What is the minimum volume required for a permit imprint mailing?
Minimum Volume Permit imprint mailings must contain at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds of mail, except: Other higher minimum quantities may apply, depending on the price claimed.
