Load Table License: full-featured PDF editor

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most widespread document format for numerous reasons. It's accessible from any device, so you can share files between devices with different screens and settings. PDF files will appear the same, regardless of whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're risk-free for sharing data from person to person. Apart from password protection, some platforms grant access to an opening history to track down those who opened or filled out the document before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and send your PDF files directly from your internet browser. Convert an MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing it and create some fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you’ve finished editing a document, you can send it to recipients to fill out and get a notification when it’s completed.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with others to complete the document and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: save it to computer, print or send via email, fax or sharing link.

It has worked fairly well so far. I would like to be able to change, or add to the saved names of the files that I make instead of the generic names PDFfiller gives them. If that is possible, I can't see how.
