It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Put Fonts on CDN. One simple solution for improving site speed is using a CDN, and that's no different for fonts. Use Non-Blocking CSS Loading. Separate Font Selectors. Storing Fonts in localStorage.
Load Google Fonts First Before CSS. Place the Google import code such that it loads first directly after the HTML HEAD tag, EVEN before loading the CSS file. Use Link Format. There are 3 ways in which you can load Google Fonts import, link rel and JavaScript. Fewer Fonts. Combine Your Font Codes. Conclusion.
Step 1: Use google-webfonts-helper to download our fonts and provide basic CSS font-face declarations. First, select the Google font you need from the left sidebar. Step 2: Loading Optimization. Step 3: Fix FOOT and OUT (optional)
No surprise. Another plugin alternative for speed: Google Fonts cause slow external requests to Google's servers. You can host the fonts locally on your server instead. Hosting fonts locally won't always make your site load faster.
Audit and Monitor Font Use. Subset Font Resources. Deliver optimized font formats to each browser. Give Precedence to local() in src List. Put the Font Request Early. Proper Caching is a Must.
Limit Font Families. The easiest optimization is to simply use fewer font families. Exclude Variants. Combine Requests. Resource Hints. Host Fonts Locally. Font Display. Use the Text Parameter.
Step 1: Localize Font awesome. We cannot edit font served from CDN. So we should use font awesome locally. Step 2: Remove unnecessary files. When you and extract the files, you'll see these folders. But we just need the CSS and Fonts. Step 3: Edit the font file. This step needs a small application.
