All PDF tools in one app My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed. That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time. I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. Single Invoice Choose the customer for whom you want to check on an invoice and open the invoice in question. Click on the “History” tab of the Invoice toolbar. Check for the scent date and see if “Email” is listed as the send method. Select the “File” tab and click “Send Forms” if no sent date is listed.
Navigate to the invoice in question. Select History (at the top of the invoice toolbar). You should see the status of sent date and send method (email).
Click Sent Items in the folder list. Tip: If you don't see the Scent Items folder, click the arrow (>) on the left of your account folder to expand the list of folders. Select the message you want to view. You can search email quickly by using the search option.
From the invoice toolbar, go to the Reports tab, then select Transaction History. Under Invoice Information, check Sent Date and Send Method. If there's no status, the invoice may have been tagged for Email Later. Go to the QuickBooks File menu, then select Send Forms to see if there are invoices in the email queue.
You can use the QuickBooks Online app to scan and automatically upload receipts from your phone. To scan a receipt, install the “QuickBooks Accounting: Invoicing and Expenses” app on your phone. ... Once you do, it will automatically appear in the Receipts tab with any other receipts you've added.
