i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

A get to much error on conversion files from one format to another. Also having some issues with saving the files to my desktop.

Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

Are lease agreements public record?
Unfortunately, they are not private unless it was negotiated to be private. However, they are not public record, meaning a stranger who is not provided a copy by the landlord cannot look up this information in public documents.
Are lease agreements public?
Lease Privacy Rights Your lease is not a public record. The landlord can't disclose the details of your lease with anyone else. If you had to have a friend or family member co-sign for you to qualify for the lease, the landlord can contact the co-signer for payment if you fail to pay rent.
Are leases recorded?
Recording a lease means that it (or a Notice of Lease) is submitted to the public record, usually at the local Registry of Deeds following the signing of it by both parties. Generally, recording of the lease protects the tenant against subsequent claims to the property.
Where can I get a copy of my lease agreement?
Where there is a mortgage on the property it can be obtained from the mortgage lender. The Land registry will also hold a copy. Please note that an administration fee may be charged for providing a copy of the lease.
Are business leases public record?
No, they are not. They are private transaction. If you want to know who owns a building, you look at county property tax records, and if you want to know who is renting that commercial property, you call up the owner of the building, according to the property tax records.
What information can my landlord disclose?
Landlords need to collect confidential information from their tenants in order to determine whether they qualify for a lease. A tenant's employer, bank account numbers, credit history, social security number and previous addresses are all valuable to identity thieves.
What can a previous landlord disclose?
Rest assured there are no privacy laws limiting what a landlord can or can't disclose about a previous tenant. You can say anything you wish. Provide the terms of your lease agreement, and proof of when the tenant actually notified you of when they were moving out (or date they vacated if no notice was given).
Can previous landlord give bad reference?
Many landlords have heard rumors that they can't give tenants a bad reference. This is not true, and if there are definite, verifiable facts that pertain to a particular tenant, you have a responsibility to let other prospective landlords know.
