Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. This allowed me to meet my deadline and send each completed form with password protection so the client knew I took his privacy seriously. Thank you, PDF Filler, for providing this great platform!

Efficient way to fill out forms online.
You can setup default information to be populated online in any type of form.
Ensure to select which user being utilized as if you use for multiple people on one machine, you can mix up information if you are not paying attention.

I've tried their product once when I had to modify some PDF documents very quickly. I was very happy to find something really helpful and easy to use because the interface is userfriendly, everything is intuitive with an option to get back and redo what you need. I had to register, inclusive my card for one trial month in order to download my new edited docs.

What do you like best?
Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use

Can you make a PDF searchable?
When a document is converted to or created as a PDF document, the content is not automatically searchable. Even if a PDF has been scanned and saved as an image, the text may be made searchable by applying the optical character recognition, or OCR, text-recognizing function and saving the document.
How do I search for a word in a PDF Chrome?
Type the word or phrase you want to search for. Chrome will highlight the results that appear in your document as you type. Yellow bars on the right-hand scroll bar mark the location of matching results within the page.
How do I view the source of a PDF?
First, right-click anywhere in the PDF and select Document Properties. Then check the details on the Description tab. In this example, the full title was listed (1), along with the correct authoring body at the time the document was created (2), and the date it was created (3).
