Meralis AcevedoI was able to find the form I needed. The only thing is that it was a little difficult figuring out how to use all the features it has. How to modify the text was not something I was able to do through erasing. Maybe using PDFfiller more often will help me maneuver the site with time.

I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.

Where do you find footnotes?
Footnotes appear at the bottom of the page and end notes come at the end of the document. A number or symbol on the footnote or end note matches up with a reference mark in the document. Click where you want to reference to the footnote or end note. On the References tab, select Insert Footnote or Insert End note.

Footnotes are notes placed at the bottom of a page. They cite references or comment on a designated part of the text above it.
Where do you put footnotes in a sentence?
Footnote or end note numbers in the text should follow punctuation, and preferably be placed at the end of a sentence. When citing the source for a quotation, the number should be placed at the end of the quotation and not after the author's name if that appears first in the text.
How do you reference using footnotes?
References are indicated within the text by a footnote, references are then given at the bottom of the page. Footnotes should be placed at the end of the relevant sentence where possible and should follow punctuation (for example, by being placed after the full stop).
How do you use footnotes in a paper?
When writing your research paper, you would use a footnote to cite sources of facts or quotations. Footnotes are referenced in the text in the same way as a citation. That is, the referenced text is followed by a superscript numeral, which corresponds to the numbered footnote at the bottom of the page.
Do footnotes go inside or outside quotation marks?
Both footnotes and end notes require that a superscript number be placed wherever documentation is necessary. The number should be as near as possible to whatever it refers to, following the punctuation (such as quotation marks, a comma, or a period) that appears at the end of the direct or indirect quotation.
