Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.
What do you dislike?
There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I fill in forms, I create forms listing medical issues/histories, electronic signatures are always handy. I also convert to Office Documents if needed.

AWESOME program but too expensive AWESOME program, but the monthly cost is WAY too high. Should charge customers a more affordable price of $10/month. And stop trying to force us to pay for a whole year up front -- what if I don't need it for an entire year? Fantastic features, easy to learn, a pleasure to use. Just TOO EXPENSIVE.

What do you like best? I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo. What do you dislike? Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

What do you like best? I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over. What do you dislike? I have no complaints at this time.
