I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I think if I am going to do this often, I will love to purchase this software. Thanks.

Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I needed to complete a Federal Job application quickly and get it submitted on time. There were several forms as part of the application in a PDF format. I found that PDFfiller to be quick and easy.

This is a very handy tool
This is a very handy tool, the only problem is the price, you could give a discount for students or something, otherwise a very lifesaving thing.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.
It's a good tool.

I had an issue with the automatic subscription after the30-day trial period. The support took into account my request very promptly and solved the issue.

An invaluable resource for filling out forms. Incredibly fast customer service that is exceptional in handling your needs. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. They treat their customers with respect and attention, satisfying their needs quickly and efficiently. More companies could learn from them on how to conduct business.

Top quality all round
Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible.
Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity.
But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later.
