What do you like best?
No more printing and filling out forms by hand.
What do you dislike?
I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

I am a data manager at a school and this program has made my job a whole lot easier when it comes to asking for student records. This also helps when my fax machine wants to be lazy lol the five stars are definitely not enough!

It's working great so far-- I can't find the original/blank commercial invoice I saved, which is a bummer, but other than that- it's working Wonderfully!

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.

The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.

How do I look up my deed?
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
How do I look up the deed to my house?
In California, property deeds are in the County Recorders Office or Office of the Assessor-Recorder in the county in which the property is located. In some counties, if you request an older record, you may be redirected to yet another department that maintains archived records.
How do you get a copy of the deed to your house?
Head to the Courthouse. If you want a copy of your house deed, you can easily get one for a small fee. Mail and Fax Your Request. Many counties allow you to request copies of certified or noncertified deeds by mail. Access the Records Online. Use the Title Company. Hire an Attorney.
Are house deeds public record?
A property deed is a legal document that describes a parcel of real estate, including its location, boundaries, and current owner. Property ownership is a matter of public record, so you can get the ownership information for a home if you have the address.
How do you find out who owns the deed to a property?
Go to the County Tax Assessor's office and find the tax maps for the area in question. For each property number, there should be a note that will give you the Deed Book (Fiber) and Page Number. Go to the County Clerk's Office and find the current deed.
How do I do a title search on a property?
Visit the County Assessor Most states now have additional tools available for free property title searches. You can find these on your state government sites under “county assessor.” You will have to select your county, and you can then search through the listed properties.
How do I find liens against my property?
Download and fill out a search form. Individual debtor name. Search for the legal name of an individual debtor. Submit the request at a registry agent. You can search through any registry agent office in Alberta. After you submit the request. A search result will be one of the following: exact match.
What does a title search look for?
A title search will determine the legal owner of the property. Reveal any mortgages, liens, judgments, or unpaid taxes that will have to be cleared before the property can be sold. And detail any existing easements, restrictions, or leases affecting the property.
