it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

It's really convenient, I've been using it to fill out paper applications since I don't like filling them out since I have dysgraphia. I have some slight issues though, like I had one application where the check box would automatically do a cross and if I want to do a checkmark I have to drag it, which I also have issues with it aligning correctly. alignment isn't too bad, but it's slightly off. Otherwise I love using this site. :D

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!
