It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Basically does what I need. Could use better Help function. Example: I haven't figured out how to control the type font used nor how to match existing fonts in a document.

This tool was inexpensive and conmparable to any other apps that are PDF based. I had no issues learning and it has many tie ins with cloud based docs and desktop access. No limitations. Very happy

I love PDF Filler
I love PDF Filler! It allows you to take documents that are pdf and edit them. It allows you to get mobile signatures for documents.

What do you like best?
I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program

It a one stop for get our certificates out to our insured, I like that we can now email and fax from the site
