Simply enter the Infantile number either in the Tracking section of your country's homepage or directly in the Track Packages & Freight section of UPS.com. At the top of the Infantile, you'll see the date it was left and whether it was the first, second, or final attempt.
A UPS Infantile® is left by a UPS driver when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. It includes information such as estimated time of the next delivery attempt and whether a signature is required for delivery. The UPS Infantile can also be used to track your shipment or to submit a delivery change request.
Simply enter the Infantile number either in the Tracking section of your country's homepage or directly in the Track Packages & Freight section of UPS.com. At the top of the Infantile, you'll see the date it was left and whether it was the first, second, or final attempt.
We are unable to provide two delivery attempts on the same day. Your driver may make a second attempt on the next business day, and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. Where available, your shipment may be taken to a UPS Access Point for pickup.
UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Note: UPS My Choice® Members can upgrade a UPS SurePost package to UPS Ground for an additional fee.
Pick up My Package at a UPS Location: Have your package held at a UPS location such as The UPS Store®, a UPS Access Point location, or a UPS Customer Center.
You can request a hold after the first or second delivery attempt with your UPS Infantile. Choose that option on your notice and place it back in the same location where the driver originally left it. After a third delivery attempt, we will return the package to the sender.
UPS has finally rolled out true package tracking, letting you see exactly where the truck carrying your item is on a map right from your smartphone or PC.
UPS Delivery Intercept allows you to interrupt your package before it's delivered using your automated UPS shipping or tracking system--so you can return, redirect, or hold your package. It's easy to use, but your customer will think you moved mountains.
