The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. They cancelled my subscription and refunded the fee with no questions asked. Too bad it really wasn't a good fit for my business."

How do I get a transcript from a college that is closed?
If the school has closed, visit the department of higher education in the state in which the college you attended was located. There should be a link to request transcripts from closed schools.
How can I get my college transcripts if I owe money?
There are three ways to get your college transcript if you owe your college money. First, you can pay the debt. If the debt is a small fine, like a parking ticket, pay it off quickly and your transcript should be released immediately. Second, you can negotiate with your registrar.
What happens if my college closes after I graduate?
If the school completely shut down, you may be eligible to discharge your federal student loans. If the school is offering a teach-out option, you can opt out and still may qualify to have your loans discharged though this option is not available if the school merged with or was purchased by another school.
How do I get my transcript from a closed college in Florida?
Institutions that are open are required to maintain and service transcript requests. Transcript requests for CLOSED for-profit institutions: Please call 1-888-224-6684 (Toll Free) or visit https://app2.fldoe.org/publicapps/cie/request.asp to complete a transcript request form.
How do I send my transcript to college?
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions' office for the exact address or procedure.
How do I send my high school transcript to a college?
Most colleges want an official version of your high school transcript. Official versions are often sent directly by your high school, either through snail mail or as an e-mail. Your school may also give you an official version of your transcript inside a sealed envelope for you to send yourself.
Can I send my transcript after my application?
Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions' office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.
Do I have to send transcripts from all colleges?
Regardless of how well or how poorly you've performed at your current school, you must send official transcripts for all courses you've completed at all schools you've attended since high school, even if credits from a previous institution appear as transfer credits on your current school's transcript.
