Not instinctive but...
Not instinctive but the simple instructions helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the results I needed. Once I got that, it was easy as pie!

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. super convenient to find the forms that i need

when i want to go back to a doc i have to go all the way back to the main doc menu

Almost all the forms i need are on PDF. I rarely have to look elsewhere

Super product, it takes but a few minutes to master and then you are off. The ability to change original self-fillable documents is a terrific feature.

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.

They had exactly what I needed
They had exactly what I needed, it was easy to fill out, and I was able to use the free trial to complete what I needed. If I have to dig up any other documents or files I'll definitely come here first.
