I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

Pricing is very good
Pricing is very good. Free trial helped a lot to discover vital features. After trial I have decided to purchase a subscription. Esign, editing, and organizing are working perfectly

Small business friendly
Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software.
I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

Great but just too expensive. Especially considering we are already subscribed to so many other SaaS, this feels over priced.

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
