What do you like best?
I am able to send documents out for a signature and receive them back signed during a Zoom Video Conference.
What do you dislike?
I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program.

How does location affect salary?

How does location pay work?
Location Pay. Location pay is additional compensation paid to an employee whose principal place of employment or official station is located in New York City or the counties of Nassau, Rockland, Suffolk or Westchester.
How does locality pay work?
What Does Locality Mean? Locality relates to the region where the employee works. This factor adjusts the base rate of pay for the cost of living in a geographic area. While each position is assigned to a specific grade, and each employee is assigned to a step within that grade, the pay rate will vary by location.
Is location pay taxable?
many Federal Employees will see their take home pay going down. COLA was tax-free. Locality Pay is taxable. Going from COLA to Locality Pay means your taxable income is higher.
How do I calculate my pay raise?
First, multiply the percentage by the employee's current annual wages: $50,000 × .04 = $2,000. Next, add the employee's current annual salary to the raise amount: $50,000 + $2,000 = $52,000. Take the employee's new annual salary and divide it by 26: $52,000 / 26 = $2,000.
