It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

Frequent User Overall I have had a good experience with PDFfiller. I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database. It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

Ease of use was great and intuitive Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

I have got to say during this time of a… I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.

What do you like best? Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow What do you dislike? Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents. Editing PDFs. Redacting sensitive documents. Easier than DocuSign.
