What is the difference between a single PDF and a PDF portfolio?

Merging/Combining documents is used to combine separate PDF documents, the digital signatures originally present on the documents are deleted and all the pages will be combined into one single PDF file that you can now sign. A PDF Portfolio contains multiple files assembled into an integrated PDF unit. The files in a PDF Portfolio can be in a wide range of file types created in different applications. For example, a PDF Portfolio can include text documents, e-mail messages, spreadsheets, CAD drawings, and PowerPoint presentations.

How do I extract a portfolio PDF?

In Layout or Details mode, right-click the component filename and select Extract From Portfolio. Select one or more files, and then drag them to your Desktop.
