Very easy program to work with and edit if you need to make changes and also cost effective, you don't have to pay the realtor half the rent by doing it yourself.

Very user friendly site. I did lose my first document, since I didn't select the 'DONE' box first. Maybe just a little pop up message on how important that step is would be helpful.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A read only element is just not editable, but gets sent when the according form submits. A disabled element isn't editable and isn't sent on submit. Another difference is that read only elements can be focused (and getting focused when “tabbing” through a form) while disabled elements can't.
Form controls with the read only attribute allow the user to select the text and interact with it, whereas disabled controls are entirely non-interactive. The read only attribute can only be used on text controls.
6 Answers. Elements with Disabled attribute are not submitted, or you can say their values are not posted. FYI, Disabled controls do not receive focus.
Definition and Usage. The read only attribute is a boolean attribute. When present, it specifies that an input field or textarea is read-only. A read-only field cannot be modified (however, a user can tab to it, highlight it, and copy the text from it).
