A nice format that allows a professional presentation but the data input is still tedious and could be streamlined. All things considered, I'm satisfied with the product.

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about. The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document. Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

No, you don't have to find a new place to live just yet. The bank has the legal right to change the locks, but only if you've abandoned that is, permanently moved out of the home. ... You have the right to stay in your home during the entire foreclosure process.
Most lenders will not begin foreclosure proceedings until a borrower is 3-6 months behind on their payments. Although missing a single payment is technically a default under the terms of most loan documents, lenders have neither the time nor the desire to foreclose on borrowers who have missed one payment.
Mortgage lenders are in the business of accepting your payments, not refusing them. ... The lender can proceed with foreclosure, even if it accepted payments if you fall short of paying off the amount you owe.
If no foreclosure is filed, the homeowners who abandoned the house are still the recorded owners. Cities will send the owners fines for failing to maintain the house when there are violations of city code. The homeowners are liable for the violations, even if they've previously filed a bankruptcy.
Depending on the state and type of foreclosure, you may have from 111 days to 12 months or more before your home is foreclosed. In nonjudicial states such as California, where foreclosure occurs without the courts, defaulting mortgage borrowers usually have 111 days until foreclosure.
When a borrower is unable to make monthly payments on a mortgage, the bank or other lending institution has the option to foreclose, meaning the mortgage is canceled and a demand for full payment is made.
In some states, abandonment allows the lender to greatly accelerate the foreclosure process. Even if things are looking grim, staying in your home gives you the opportunity to save it should your fortunes change. You may surrender this right if you abandon the property and allow the bank to take possession of it.
What Does Foreclosure Mean? Here is our foreclosure definition: Foreclosure is a legal process where a creditor (i.e., a lender or mortgage holder) can repossess or sell property for the purpose of repaying the debt owed on that property. ... The mortgage holder gives the defaulting homeowner a written notice of default.
Policy Coverage for Vacant Homes Don't wait for a vacant home to be vandalized before checking your insurance policy. A little-known fact is that most homeowner insurance policies do not extend coverage on a vacant home for more than 30 to 60 days.
The bank cannot kick you off of your property without first getting a court order and filing an eviction. The bank cannot padlock your home's door if you're still living in the home. ... The bank can't continue the foreclosure process if you reinstate your mortgage before the sheriff sale.
