I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. All documents are neat and professional-looking, including my digital signature! Initially I was unsure about whether or not it was worth spending the money on PDF filler b/c I wasn't sure how often I would be using it, but now I would definitely say it's worth it! Best PDFfiller page!!
This was the first PDFfiller page that I have ever used and I’m surprised that it was to use. Thanks for the help during the process.

pdfFiller is a useful PDF editor and e-signing tool
pdfFiller is a very easy tool to use if you find yourself needing to sign or edit PDF documents, but don't want to spend a lot of money on more expensive software.
I appreciate how easy pdfFiller makes it to electronically sign documents or edit and convert PDF files. The instructions are easy to follow and within minutes you can merge, split or sign documents without to much effort.
All in all I can't complain about the software. There were a few instances where I would download my signed document for it to turn out completely blank (in the free version), but then I'd just download it again and that usually solves the issue.

I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!

Professional look!
Got to know about PDFfiller because we use Salesforce at work, and these two are compatible. Taken together - tremendous time savings, at least several hours a week, i'd say!
Longer contracts might need a while to get fully visible on the screen, but no rush here
