Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

It really helps being Paper Less
It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .

Best customer service ever, very prompt response with 24hrs manned online support, this tool is the best and very convenient to use. Had an issue with my account so they did refund money i paid for the premium subscription in less than an hour.
