Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I was able to find an IRS form and fill it out that was unavailable from their website. I was also able to find and complete all the other forms I needed.

Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

I have found this PDFFilter writer and downloader to be exceptionally useful and user-friendly. It organizes my files clearly, making navigation simple and efficient. I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
