What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

To make a field mandatory when used through Jira's user interface, click the Required link associated with that field.
Select the Jira icon (,, , or) > Jira settings > Issues. In the Fields section, click Field configurations. Click Configure next to the field configuration you wish to edit. You will see next to fields that have already been marked required.
The Atlassian Community is here for you. A field configuration lets you define the behavior of all issue fields, including custom fields, that are available in your Jira applications. For each field, a field configuration lets you set: The description that appears under the field when an issue is edited.
Edit issue details To edit an existing issue, select Edit to open the Edit Issue dialog and modify the issue details. To change the fields you need to edit, select Configure Fields > Custom and choose the fields you want to show or hide. Select Update to save your changes.
Shift-click and Ctrl-click work as you would expect them to for selecting multiple items. Click an issue. Jira application issues are made up of fields. You can choose any number of fields to appear when creating, editing, or transitioning issues. In JIRA Administration → Issues → Screens, and a number of other places, you can reorder the fields by moving your cursor over the dotted columns to the left of the field, clicking, and dragging the field to another position.
To make a field mandatory when used through Jira's user interface, click the Required link associated with that field. The text Required appears next to the field's name. Hidden fields cannot be set as required. To make a field optional, click the Optional link associated with that field.
