Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

A pop-up window will appear with options to create your signature. Choose the method that suits you best:

- Option 1: Draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad. Simply click and drag to create your signature.

- Option 2: Type your name and select a font style for your signature. pdfFiller will generate a signature based on the text you enter.

- Option 3: Upload an image of your signature. Click on the 'Upload Image' button and select the image file from your computer.

Once you have created or uploaded your signature, click on the 'Apply' button.

The signature voucher will be added to your document. You can resize and reposition it as needed.

To sign the document, click on the signature voucher and drag it to the desired location.

If you need to add multiple signatures, repeat steps 2 to 6 for each signature.
