It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.

I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

PDFfiller gave me a refund and was very prompt in doing so when I stated I didn't not want to keep the service subscription. They were very nice about it with no drama. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
