This software's ability to instantly update forms from my PC is what I appreciate about it the most.Editing forms and adding digital signatures are some of the best features.I can also choose to fax documents if I need to.When it comes time to develop and submit crucial documents, these capabilities give my small firm a professional appearance.
Maybe it's challenging to align or position the text boxes correctly, but I believe that with more practice and use, I'll get better at making these minor adjustments.

How do you modify footnote styles?
To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).
How do you format all footnotes?
Click inside any footnote in the document. Click the Home tab. From the Select dropdown in the Editing group, choose Select All Text With Similar Formatting (No Data), as shown in Figure D. Press F9 and then click Yes (once for each footnote, which is a bit tedious).
How do you format footnotes?
Each footnote should appear at the bottom of the page that includes its numbered in-text reference.
For note numbers in the text, use superscript.
Indent the first line of each note half an inch like a paragraph in the main text.
Use a short line (or rule) to separate footnotes from the main text.
How do I change the default formatting in footnotes?
Choose Format > Styles and Formatting.
Click the Character Styles tab.
Select Footnote Characters in the list, right-click it, and choose To modify.
The Character Styles window will open allowing you to change the properties of your footnote numbers.

Click anywhere inside any footnote in the document.
Press Ctrl+A to select all footnotes, but only footnotes (Figure B).
