Great Product!
There are many companies that can only access documents in .pdf format so we can edit the documents and send them efficiently using PDFfiller.
It takes a while to learn to edit documents properly.

If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler
My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form.
I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed.
The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

How does a Stop Notice work?
A stop notice is a notice given for the purpose of stopping, intercepting, or freezing funds that have not yet been paid on a construction project in an attempt to ensure payment. This remedy is only available in a few states.
What is a stop notice Bond?
The California Stop Notice Release Bond states that the Claimant in the matter should receive judgement in any action brought on said Claim. The bondholder should pay said judgement and costs to Claimant in an amount not exceeding the sum specified in this undertaking.
How do you fill out a stop payment notice?
The name and address of the claimant. It is a good idea to include a statement of the claimant's demand and the job site location. The Stop Notice must be signed and verified by the claimant. The Stop Notice should include a statement demanding that sufficient funds be withheld to satisfy the claim with interest.
Which type of bond protects an owner from mechanics liens?

What is a notice of cessation?
What is NOTICE OF CESSATION? A notice issued to concerning parties by the contracted stating that no work has taken place at the site of the project for a certain period of time. In addition, the period within which the concerned parties can exercise their lien rights is also stated in the notice.
Who files the notice of completion?
A notice of completion must be served by a project owner within 10 days of the date the notice of completion is filed for recording and must be served on the following: The direct contractor(s). And. Anyone who has served the project owner with a preliminary notice.
