It was difficult for me (86 years old and somewhat "ok" with Windows 10) to figure how to send the document to my partners vie email for their markup, etc.

It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

I forgot to cancel my subscription and…
I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged but my man Kurt came to rescue and flawslessly handle the support. In no time I was refunded even tho the mistake was on my side. I didnt need pdfFiller now but in the future. Thats the solution I would pick with no doubt.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!

What do the numbers mean in a parcel number?
A parcel number may contain all or part of the real estate's tax account number with the local property taxing authorities. The numbers represent the physical location of the property, such as town, county and street, on the maps the assessor uses for property tax purposes.
How do I find my block and parcel number?
The section number is obtained from the title block in the legend at the bottom of each section map, usually in the right corner. The block number is usually an encircled number and is placed on the map at about the center of the block.
How do I find my property lines for free?
You can find them on your property deed, on the survey you received when you bought your home, or by using the mapping tools at the county assessor's office. Use your boundary lines to determine where to legally place desired items.
How do I find my property lines online?
Use a search engine to find your local property maps. These types of maps are often called Geographical Information System or GIS. Find the website for your county. Enter your property address in the appropriate field or your name. View maps and property information on your home.
How do I see property lines on Google Maps?
If you would like to include property lines in the Google Earth view, then first go to the Earth Point Property Search page. Enter the parcel number of numbers, click the “View on Google Earth” button, and proceed as above. If the listing is already in MLS, another method is to go to the Earth Point Home page.

How do I find my APN number?
To find your home's APN, go to your local county assessor's office website and search for your address. There you can see information regarding your APN, lot size, home type, property tax history, and sale price history. Redfin also shows sold home APNs under Public Facts on the property details page.
How do I find my parcel number?
The assessor's parcel maps are located on the Assessor's Office web page. You will need your street address or fourteen-digit parcel number in order to bring up your map. You can locate your parcel number on your valuation notice, tax bill, deed, or by calling our office at (916) 875-0700.
