the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

Open Windows Explorer. Right-click on Computer and select Map network drive to open the Map Network Drive window. Select a drive letter that is currently not in use. Type the network path for the web directory you wish to map in the Folder field. (If prompted to log in, use your MyCalStateLA ID account.
