I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

The national housing wage for a modest one-bedroom apartment is $17.90, while the federal minimum wage is $7.25. A low-income worker earning the federal minimum wage would need 2.5 jobs to afford a one-bedroom apartment.
The common budgeting standard says you should spend no more than 30 percent of income on housing. The minimum wage gives you a housing budget of $4,525 a year. That means you could only afford rent of $377 a month.

The national average to afford an apartment is $20.30 hourly ($42,240 annually) but the federal minimum wage is only $7.25. A person would have to work 112 hours a week to be able to afford the average rent.
Many landlords like to see income that is three times the amount of the rent. So, $12 per hr for 40 hrs would be $480/week. Assuming 4.33 weeks in a month, that would be $2,078.40 monthly.
There's a popular rule-of-thumb that states your monthly rent shouldn't be more than one-third of your monthly income, and many apartment complexes and landlords follow this rule 5 For example, if you earn $3,000 a month, you can qualify for an apartment that costs $1,000 a month.
Most landlords and property managers require that your monthly take-home income is at least three times the monthly rent, and if you have a roommate, half your income must be three times your portion of the rent. If you earn $2,000 a month, you qualify for a $666 rent payment.
Rent an apartment from an individual owner. Offer to move in right away. Prove income or savings balance. Pay a few months' rent upfront as a security deposit. Provide reference letters. Offer to start out month-to-month or with a short lease. If all else fails, get a co-signer.
