Map Title Release: edit PDF documents from anywhere

As PDF is the most common file format used for business transactions, the right PDF editing tool is important.

All the most widely used file formats can be easily converted into PDF. This makes creating and sharing most document types effortless. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice if you want to control the appearance of your content.

Though many online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding digital signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

pdfFiller’s editor includes features for editing, annotating, converting PDFs to other formats, adding e-signatures, and filling PDF forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editing solution available via a web browser. You don’t have to install any programs. It’s a complete platform available from any device with an internet connection.

The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

Depending on state laws, paper titles are generally mailed and electronic titles and/or liens are released to the motor vehicle agency approximately 10 business days after the payoff is received. Allow 15-30 days for receipt of your title based on mail time and/or motor vehicle agency process.
You can take the paperwork from the lender to the nearest DMV office and have the title changed while you wait, or you can submit it by mail. Sending it by mail may take two weeks to get the new title.

Go to the Lender's Office To get the title quickly, you may be able to go to an office of the lender with the buyer to make the final payment and get a copy of the title. This is an efficient way to close out the loan, get the lien off of the title, get paid for the vehicle and transfer ownership to the buyer.
Automatic Title The bank or lending institution does not create titles for vehicles. As they receive the notice from the lending agency, this department automatically creates a new title for the vehicle that is in your name. ... This new title is then mailed to you within a few weeks.
In some states, the DMV may print your auto title out for you on the spot if you go in and apply in person. In other states, you will have to wait anywhere from four days, up to four weeks. For an extra fee, most states offer expedited service, which will get your title to you fast, usually within two to three days.
In most states, the buyer is responsible for requesting a new title and registration for the car. There is usually a brief time limit, approximately 30 days, to complete this. The buyer should check with the Registry of Motor Vehicles in his or her state for the exact procedure.
A new state law requires those who purchase vehicles in a private sale, whether it's in or out of state, to obtain a new title within 30 calendar days or face financial penalties. ... Failure to title within the 30 days results in an automatic $25 penalty, plus another $25 for each month the title is late.
Some states may require that the document be signed in front of a notary. Once the title has been signed by all parties involved and notarized (if applicable), then ownership of the car has been properly transferred. Signing over a car title to someone is relatively simple.
Before we begin, it's important to note that generally you have 15 – 30 days in which to transfer title documents before being found in violation of the law. The rule differs for each state. We encourage you to check what the exact policy is for your state, as you don't want to rack up any late fees!
