I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

I love the ease of typing on the PDF, I'm still learning how to send it to others with fill in blanks. But I like it. Pricey for the redaction ability but I suppose better than Adobe

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A credit card number is the unique number imprinted on a credit card. The first six digits on a credit card are called the issuer identification number. They identify the issuer Discover, or American Express, for example. The remaining digits of a credit card number are unique to the individual card.
Digits 2-6: Make up the bank number. Digits 7-12 or 7-15: Represent the account number. Digits 13 or 16: Is a check digit.
The first digit in your credit-card number signifies the system: 3 — travel/entertainment cards (such as American Express and Diners Club) 4 — Visa. 5 - MasterCard.
A credit card number is the long set of digits displayed across the front or back of your plastic card. It is typically 16 digits in length, often appearing in sets of four. Sometimes it can be as long as 19 digits, and it is used to identify both the credit card issuer and the account holder.
Today's credit cards use a minimum of 13 digits, and some are up to 19 digits long. The most common issuers, Visa and MasterCard, have standardized 16 digits in the U.S., while American Express uses 15 digits. If you don't have a credit card, try signing up for a secured credit card.
On the front face of debit card, a 16 digits' code is written. It is also known as a Permanent Account Number or PAN. First 6 digits are the Bank Identification Number and the rest 10 digits are a Unique Account Number of the cardholder.
Find the number located on the front of your card. Your credit card number should be either printed or embossed in raised numbers across the front of your card. This is usually a 16-digit number, although it may be anywhere from 12 to 19 digits.
The remainder of the 16 digits (or 15, in the case of American Express), represent both the cardholder's account number and one or more check digits. A check digit is applied to an unusual formula that helps determine if your credit card number is actually valid.
Physical credit cards have spaces within the card number to group the digits, making it easier for humans to read or type in. So your order form should accept card numbers with spaces or dashes in them.
Drop the last digit from the number. Reverse the numbers. Multiply the digits in odd positions (1, 3, 5, etc.) Add all the numbers together. The check digit (the last number of the card) is the amount that you would need to add to get a multiple of 10 (Modulo 10)
The first digit is different for each card network: Mastercard cards Begin with a 5 and has 16 digits. American Express cards Begin with a 3, followed by a 4 or a 7 has 15 digits. Discover cards Begin with a 6 and have 16 digits.
First digit is 4 for VISA, 5 for Mastercard, 6 for Discover/Diners Club, 3 for American Express/Diners Club (those are shorter than 16). Also, first 6 digits for Visa and Mastercard are code numbers for the issuing institution.

Visa cards Begin with a 4 and have 13 or 16 digits. Mastercard cards Begin with a 5 and has 16 digits. American Express cards Begin with a 3, followed by a 4 or a 7 has 15 digits. Diners Club and Carte Blanche cards Begin with a 3, followed by a 0, 6, or 8 and have 14 digits.
Everyone in town has a Visa (starts with 4) with those digits. The last digit of every credit card number is the check digit. It is calculated from the prior 15 digits. So really, the unique account numbers are the middle 9 digits. If they re-issue your card, those will change (and the last digit gets recalculated).
