I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company

Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! How do I save a Word document as a PDF with comments?
Navigate to where you want the comment to appear. Click Insert Comment. Type the comment and then click outside the comment bubble to save. Now click File then the PDF export button on the toolbar.
How do I download a Word document with comments?
Open a document that has comments. If the comments option doesn't show immediately, go to Review > Show Markup, and select only Comments from the list. Click File > Print. Under Settings, select Print Markup. Click Print. Your document will print with comments.
