some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc.
It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

What do you like best?
I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Excellent service. Website is easy to navigate and the forms available are excellent. In my case, even though the website is user friendly, I think a short webinar to familiarize customers would be of great benefit. I would certainly recommend PDFiler to others.

Had a fantastic experience with…
Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.
