How do you add a picture to a PDF?
Open the PDF file on which you want to place the image. Choose Tools>Advanced Editing>Touch up Object Tool. Right-click and choose Place Image A standard file dialog will appear: Select an image file and click Open.

How do I add a picture to a PDF on my phone?

Why can't I fill and sign my PDF?

If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
