It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Now I just edit any official document(s) I receive, with tools that keep them looking professional and consistent, and send them back to the desired place either via email or by sharing them, with easily 75% less effort and 75% less time than our previous methods for achieving for the same outcome. It was difficult for me (86 years old and somewhat "ok" with Windows 10) to figure how to send the document to my partners vie email for their markup, etc.

Pretty good. i didnt type for a long time and when i came back it blew away everything i filled out. Is there a way to keep that from happening. of course i know i can just click done but is there a way.

What do you like best?
I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent product for filling in forms, and creating documents.

taxes. It has been helpful for me for the quarter and yearly tax forms I need to fill out (941, 940, W2's, W3's and 1099's).

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.

This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

Used it for a few days
Used it for a few days. great features though was not the right product for me at this stage.ran into a payment issue, the customer service is extremely good and fixed the issue within 15 mins..awestruck!

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. the erase feature should be slightly…
the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.
