I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I have only used it at the beginning of the year to do my 1099s. It gave me exactly what i needed!
I really do not have anything negative to say about it. I like it. No cons!

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

Great but Pricey
Great tool and I do have the paid version but the cost is a bit much. Not sure I would renew membership. That will be based on your personal needs.

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly
