I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!

pdf Filler is surprisingly worth the investment. I don't have a PDF application on my computer, so having one online that I can easily use to view, fill, and send documents has been a huge help for work and personal use.
