I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I think a better training tool/video would be beneficial for new and old users.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.

PDFfiller is a very good site and the support team is the best.I just wanted to use the 30 days trial for a document the 27th may 2020.I canceled the subscription but I think an error has occurred.I see my account has been debited of 96$.I wrote them a mail and the assistant refund my acount.Thanks again PDFfiller for your kindness and your quickly anwser.

How do you blank out text on a PDF?
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
How do you black out text on a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
How do you redact text in PDF?
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.
