I love that all of my documents are readily accessible in one location. I can create templates and all of my documents look professional. I am very satisfied.

Open an existing Word document, or create a new one. From the Mailings tab, click the Start Mail Merge command and select Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard from the drop-down menu.
Merging to Individual Files. When you use the mail-merge feature in Word, you have the option of either printing your results directly or creating a new document. For instance, if your merge document is a two-page letter, each letter in the resulting document is separated by a section break.
Step 1: Select the Document Type. Step 2: Start the Document. Step 3: Select Recipients. Step 4: Write Your Letter.
In the simple mail merge, insert all the desired Raiser's Edge 7 merge fields, using the 'Insert Raiser's Edge field' button located at the top of the Word document. Insert the RE7 merge fields again, then repeat steps 1-2.
