I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

Best Friendly user software It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures. I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more. I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Perform the first different steps of the Mail Merge as usual (Start Mail Merge, Select Recipients and insert Merge Field) Select the number field you wish to change and press Shift+F9. The code of your Merge field is now shown.
Changing the Number Format of a Merge Field in Mail Merge. Here are a few examples of different number formats that you can use in the Mail Merge Master Template. The Numeric format switch (\\#) specifies the display of a number. Press Alt + F9 to display and edit the merge codes.
In Excel, select the column that contains the ZIP Code/Postal Code field. On the Format menu, click Cells. Click the Number tab. Under Category, click Text, and then click OK. Save the data source. Then, continue with the mail merge operation in Word.
Open the document you want to edit and go to the Insert tab. Open the Quick Parts menu and select Field. The Field dialog window will open. In the field dialog menu, choose To merge field from the list on the left side.
Directly after the field switch you just entered, type 0.0x if you want to round the number to two decimal places, 0.00x if you want to round the number to three decimal places and so forth. Once you have added your field switch, press Alt + F9 to display the fields instead of the field codes.
Select the text or numbered list you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to Numbered List, and then click Define New Number Format. To change the style, click the down arrow next to Number style and choose numbers, letters, or another chronological format.
Applying a date format switch fixes that — and gives the mail merge document the ability to format the date independently of whatever format is used in the data source. To get the date format you want, you can add a formatting picture switch as follows: select the merge field; press Shift-F9 to expose the field coding.
