As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

Most professional easy to use app
I'm not IT savy, however this program makes editing PDF's so easy and fast with a professional finish, I would recommend it to anyone.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
