I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). A fine program, useful, optimal, and perfect for what it's for.
Ease of use, its incredibly easy and fast for the task.
Could be cleaned up a bit. Lots of options that are a bit messy.

I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.

I needed to create a document and sign it in a hurry. I already own Turbo PDF, but, its confusing to use.
I did a quick Google search and down loaded Pdf filler and had my doc printed in less than 10 min!
