Merge Spreadsheet License: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The PDF is a well-known document format for various reasons. PDFs are accessible from any device to share files between devices with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or smartphone — it'll appear exactly the same.

The next point is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're risk-free for sharing data from person to person. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents in order to track potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, modify, sign, and share PDF files using one browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google sheet and start editing it and create some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Once you finish editing a document, you can forward it to recipients to complete and get a notification when they're finished.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Change a form’s page order. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Collaborate with people to fill out the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
Add input fields if you need any; pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

Would like to have available stand-by the form I am working on. Have to use the same for different companies and each time I start a new one, have to go back and search for it.

After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

To link Google Sheets, we'll need to learn about the IMPORTANCE function. The first time that you connect to an external Sheet, you'll need to click on Allow Access to connect the two sheets. One option I'd recommend is to include entire columns when you're pulling data between Sheets.
Open the sheets you want to merge. Click Home > Format > Move or Copy Sheet. Use the dropdown menu to select (new book). Click OK.
