Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

How do you sum a merged cell?
Select the cell just to the right of the range you want to collapse. In this cell, enter a SUM formula that adds up the range. Copy this formula down to other cells, if necessary. Select all the cells that contain the SUM formula. Press Ctrl+C to copy the cells to the Clipboard.

How do you reference a merged cell in an equation?
Right-click the merged cell B1:D1, select “paste special → formulas” You should see the merged cell being 0. Type Col1 in the merged cell. You should now see all B2, C2, D2 to be Col1, i.e. now you can reference the merged cell as you expect it to be.
