So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

A lot of consolidation plat is essentially a re-mapping of two or more adjacent lots or parcels of land, combining them into one larger parcel. ... If approved, the consolidation plat effectively marks the new legal boundary for the consolidated piece of land.
Sadly there isn't a way to combine lots. One thing you could possibly try it to delete the Lake, leaving the Lot behind, then place the Lot you downloaded on that lot and re-create the pond.
A lot of consolidation plat is essentially a re-mapping of two or more adjacent lots or parcels of land, combining them into one larger parcel. ... A licensed professional land surveyor will perform field work on each existing lot to determine the exact dimensions and land boundaries of each.
Sims can't own more than one residential lot, but they can own multiple community lots. So you could buy a community lot, build a home but never open the business. You'd also need to use hacks like Equine's Community Lot Sleeping (check the Wiki).
In many cases, it is legal to build additional houses on the same lot. However, it's important to consult the local authorities about the rules for spacing between the houses and issues about how big a lot you can purchase. Get Approved Before You Build!
Top Voted Answer. You can't buy a second lot unless it's for a retail store (with Get To Work of course). You can only move out of your lot and buy a new lot to move into.
Originally Answered: Can you combine 2 residential lots into 1 and build 1 house on it? Yes, subject to permission from the local zoning or planning board. This is called a property merger, which is the opposite of a subdivision. However, that may not be necessary.

There's no harm in touting that a home has an especially nice backyard, sits on a large or impressive piece of land, etc. However, the term double lot at least to me has a specific, defined meaning. Namely, it's the least twice the size of a standard city lot. ... Ergo, a double lot is at least 80 × 120.
Assemblage vs. Pottage. Assemblage is the process of joining several parcels to form a larger parcel; the resulting increase in value is called pottage. Assemblage The combining of two or more adjoining lots into one large tract.
