Mix Dropdown Accreditation: make editing documents online simple
The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. It will appear the same no matter you open it on Mac or an Android smartphone.
Security is one of the main reasons professionals choose PDF files to share and store information. That’s why it is essential to find a secure editor for managing documents. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents in order to track any and all potential security breaches.
pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and share your PDF files directly from your internet browser. It is integrated with major CRM software, so users can edit and sign documents from other services, like Google Docs and Office 365. Forward it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and completes it.
Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a form’s page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Collaborate with others to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
